The Julius E. Sprauve School will conduct mandatory orientations for school year 2019-2020 on August 29-30 for all students and parents/guardians in the school’s cafeteria.

During the designated orientation times, parents/guardians are asked to present immunization records for students and pay required school fees. PE uniforms can also be purchased. Proof of insurance (or pay $18 insurance fee) is required. New and transfer students must have official placement letter from the Curriculum Center. Students in grades 1-8 are required to wear the full school uniform. One passport-size photo must be provided for kindergarten students using school bus services. Parents must accompany students to orientation.

The orientation schedule is as follows:

August 29, 2019

• Grades 1- 8 ~ 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Grades 7 & 8 (electives selection) ~ 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

August 30, 2019

• Kindergarten ~ 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
